Tried multiple times and multiple start emails from employer and still couldn’t get it to work. So frustrating! All they keep doing is giving a list of advice along with a new invite. When everyone does that and it still doesn’t work, the representative sends out new invites with the same instructions. This has been going on for a few weeks now and nobody can get past the registration page. This app clearly has bugs that the company refuses to acknowledge and fix. Used to only be able to log in and out by hitting forgot password repeatedly(hitting that button logged me in somehow) but now that they have “updated” nobody in my company can clock in and out. I have to either bring a laptop with me to community locations and hope I can get internet to clock in or I have to get my boss to fix all of my punches.
