After that it says there’s something wrong. Useless. ### 2/5 — Finger print access finger print access and username *2024-12-20, version 2.1.0* Having set up finger print access it keeps telling me there’s a problem. There’s no info if there is some maintenance in progress. The app doesn’t even let me select or remember username. It went great when i first logged into the app and set it up, explored it and all. So leading up to my payslip day (yesterday) i been checking the app, well trying to. Keyword Trying🙂It always says somethings wrong, face id has a tick, passcode is correct but it tells me something went wrong. I’ve tried changing passcode etc, uninstalling numerous times and nothing lol. So i give up now and deleted the app. Have to go back to using chrome instead. Great. Have tried re-installing and changing password but still doesn’t work. I can still get access online without a problem.
