ALSO the games the blackjack method is terrible. Just open regular 1 on 1 blackjack. You’d get alot more people playing just for that alone.

Account Suspended & Worst Customer Service

Account suspensions on Payday Fantasy are not random, and they are not issued without cause. In your case, our system flagged your account as being linked to one or more existing accounts in violation of our multi-accounting policy — specifically, attempts to claim additional welcome bonuses by creating new accounts and re-verifying with altered information. We have concrete evidence supporting that determination, which is why our team did not engage in further back-and-forth on the topic. We understand it's frustrating to be told no, but our policies exist to protect every legitimate user on the platform from being undercut by people abusing promotions. Our support team handled your inquiry correctly, and the outcome stands.
Withdrawal is impossible
After I was verified successfully after putting all the info I was asked, I won some money but when I attempted to withdrawal I was asked for several forms of ids which I don’t mind giving them the forms of id but it seemed ridiculous so of course I complained to them via email and I’ve never seen any worse/rude customer service like them.
They don’t want to help you it even seems like they’re encouraged to not help you.
So far I’m about to submit the requested forms of id and hopefully they at least give me money but I recommend to avoid this app.
Update: I understand verification is required but it doesn’t make sense that I was already verified by putting my ssn and all my info but when I wanna withdraw you guys ask for another verification including 3 different pictures which I’m sure you guys wouldn’t have requested if I didn’t win. Even then I provided all information and identification and pictures of me with my id and it’s been a week of me reaching out just for them to not do anything but ask for the same thing once again and I’m a busy person with work.
This would be a great app if you guys would do the right ethical thing and pay peoples money.
