After I was verified successfully after putting all the info I was asked, I won some money but when I attempted to withdrawal I was asked for several forms of ids which I don’t mind giving them the forms of id but it seemed ridiculous so of course I complained to them via email and I’ve never seen any worse/rude customer service like them. They don’t want to help you it even seems like they’re encouraged to not help you. So far I’m about to submit the requested forms of id and hopefully they at least give me money but I recommend to avoid this app. Update: I understand verification is required but it doesn’t make sense that I was already verified by putting my ssn and all my info but when I wanna withdraw you guys ask for another verification including 3 different pictures which I’m sure you guys wouldn’t have requested if I didn’t win. Even then I provided all information and identification and pictures of me with my id and it’s been a week of me reaching out just for them to not do anything but ask for the same thing once again and I’m a busy person with work. It’s been about a week since I’ve made a claim about them marking my account as “potential fraud” when I did no wrong. The only thing I did was log in to MY account from MY iPad and used MY debit card to deposit. It doesn’t make sense how my account is “fraud” but I sure can deposit money and not withdraw MY money that I won. I deposited for their 100% Deposit Match. Solid Promo. Except your match is in bonus funds that can only be used on + money props with at least two legs. That’s not done on any other betting app I’ve ever used and I’ve used pretty much all of them. Your deposit is locked behind a 1x play through which is typical - except that also has requirements that doesn’t count any bet towards your playthrough that includes any leg that’s -250 or lower. These are insane requirements that are non existent on ANY competing sportsbook. They constantly adjust lines as you’re viewing them and conveniently shave $$ off of the bet you were thinking about placing. They give you 3 lifetime cancels for a bet within a 5 minute window of placing. Something that is not limited on ANY OTHER APP. There’s a 24 hr review process before you can even attempt a withdrawal (Every other app is an instant withdrawal to PayPal). They let you deposit with any card or method you want but then make it a headache to withdraw unless you have specific banks. I’m actually having to open a new checking account with a different bank than I currently use just to withdraw because they won’t send it to the card they let me deposit with! Ridiculous!!!!! I don’t expect I’ll ever use this app again even if they offer some insane promo if they can’t fix these glaring issues. Better than PrizePicks, underdog etc. support answers lightning fast responses all the time. The interface is so easy and laid out so simple. Fast cashouts although slower than most books. But faster than fliff if you know what that’s like. Usually up to 24 hours to get approved. After that hits your debit card instantly if you choose that option for free. But man this app has huge potential I’m really surprised it’s not bigger yet: I do recommend deposit boosts, a bigger protected play on freaky Friday. 10 is to low and not enough to really thrill over. The prop boosts are cool though. ALSO the games the blackjack method is terrible. Just open regular 1 on 1 blackjack.
