I’ve tried clearing the app and reopening and it still does not work. When I restart my phone it will open one time before freezing again. There are no available app updates. ### 2/5 — UI Good-Functions Terribly *2026-03-25, version 4.4.3* Re-routes you to settings, just reset logins with dead end. Clean UI which breaks things down well but the functionality isnt dependable ### 1/5 — They undertipped me big rip off *2025-07-06, version 4.3.4* My checkout says I made 350 before tip out which should have resulted in me making 250 after tip out. The app said I made 335 before tip out and 233 after tip out. I just left work and had to sit in my car for 30 min making sure I was losing my mind. Extremely poor app in my opinion. Maybe You should be of more assistance to people wanting to work and help them get the information they need to set up their account. Still can it able to set up my account fyi!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible “Service” *2025-03-10* This is the worst payroll software ive used in my 12 years in management. Constantly getting server not responding error messages when trying to finish payroll in a timely manner is very inefficient. There is no actual help/support for your issues. Basically pay to maybe have payroll on time. Otherwise you’re late and have to pay late fees but it’s not like this company cares to fix their issues. ### 1/5 — IT vs Restaurant Needs *2025-02-21* As a hospitality guru of over 20 years and growing tech with apps integrated into our systems…. We have a lot of patience working with all of those facets. This app/interface collaborating with other software companies is not suitable for paying out people (your FOH staff) or (management staff) due to all of their hiccups. It’s more often that issues and proactive measures take way more time than what it’s worth to keep utilizing this company. We will be seeking and going with other ones due to those reasons. We cannot lose our amazing staff because they can’t figure out their “glitches” when it comes to the pay me option(s) and it is always a no data available when cashing out that pay me option. This is suppose help make it easier and be more streamline- we just can’t have our people wait. We will pay them out of cash incoming vs this service. ### 1/5 — worst app ever *2025-01-28, version 4.2.1* not having a forgot username button but requiring me to remember a random username so the worst experience. i can use my email, phone number, employer id, nothing i gotta remember a random cod lobby username. worst app ever. ### 1/5 — Worts app *2024-09-28, version 4.1.8* I’m so mad my employer decided that this is how I’m going to get my hard earned money but then this app keeps logging me off and it takes an act from the universe to get back in!! WHY DO YOU KEEP LOGGING ME OFF!!!! And then the money it’s not when you need it!!!! ### 3/5 — No help *2024-09-03* If you need assistance with this app. Ask for Anika, she is the only person who is capable of helping at this place. I called 3 separate times and she was the only person who knew how to solve my issue and was willing to help me. I am constantly asked to reset my password and now it has gotten to the point where it won’t recognize my username. So I go to forgot username/password and it’s asking me for my username to reset it. ???? Garbage. ### 1/5 — can’t log in *2024-07-22, version 4.1.5* randomly logged me out and now i can’t log in or reset my password because i don’t remember my username ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost *2024-07-06, version 4.1.5* Hate this app so much. Despite the numerous bugs and me reaching out to support for help, it remains the worst decision I think the company I worked for made. Not only does it constantly disable your account, you can never actually reach anyone who works for this account. If your work ends up adopting this app, RIP. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2024-06-13, version 4.1.4* I can’t believe a company that has the worst servers in the world is allowed to handle people’s hard-earned money. Constant time-outs, failure to load errors, and other server errors. So bummed that we’re forced by HMS Host to use this program. The developers should be ashamed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognize anything *2024-05-21, version 4.1.1* Can’t even set up an account, it’s telling me that my birthday or my employee ID is wrong, but it’s not, this app is just trash. ### 1/5 — Missing money *2024-03-23* This app is not accurate. It does not notify you when you are paid or give you the option to cash your tips out. customer service doesn’t seem to know anything either. After being on the phone for half an hour because I’m missing 70$ in tips I’m told to write a support ticket. I wrote 4 tickets already. I was also told my money is not going to transfer because I didn’t log into the app to transfer my money. It does not give you the option!!!! There is No option to transfer funds. It’s non Existent!!!????? I put my personal Visa card on the app so my tips could be deposited. I never received my tips. I had to take pictures and talk to my manager in person to get my tips. They will scam you and then tell you to to your manager. Horrible app ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-01-16, version 3.5.1* This app is only good for seeing how much I should be expecting to receive on a card unrelated to this app from my employer and right now it will not let me log back in at all and continues to refresh itself before I can finish typing my username to attempt to log back in ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Tough to Log Back In *2026-06-04, version 4.4.4* When the app decides to log you out, it is very difficult to log back in if you don't know your username.
