So I go in and try to reorder and I’m told that I can’t reorder the meds because they are already on an existing order. It needs to be clear about existing orders, give an option to ad / subtract and then confirm the order to go to the doctors 28 days after the last one. It’s just too confusing as it is. When I get it sorted my pharmacy is good and I get a message telling me when it’s ready to be collected. It’s just that I have to use th3 app about 3 times to get the script sorted.
