I have a scheduled order (every 28 days) but I get reminders asking me to approve the next order Before the next order is due. So I go in and try to reorder and I’m told that I can’t reorder the meds because they are already on an existing order. It needs to be clear about existing orders, give an option to ad / subtract and then confirm the order to go to the doctors 28 days after the last one. It’s just too confusing as it is. When I get it sorted my pharmacy is good and I get a message telling me when it’s ready to be collected. It’s just that I have to use th3 app about 3 times to get the script sorted. The app is okay, but now having downloaded it I see I could have been jabbed this lunchtime had the staff member been able to book me in themselves, as I can see unused slots via the app 🙁 Instead I’ve had to book myself in next week. So although the app is okay, it is a pity that overall it makes service worse at Paydens. Also, what about people who will struggle with the app eg due to eyesight or disability? I keep getting notifications and badges which I can’t get rid of. I would rate this app a 5 if these things were updated. It’s so annoying and may change back to my old app ### 4/5 — Good but could be improved. *2023-01-04, version 11.19.3* A convenient app which allows me to order prescriptions on line. It could be improved if it allowed me to nominate pharmacies other than Paydens Pharmacies because I could order prescriptions when I am away for longer periods instead of having to order a long time in advance of actually needing the pills so that I can take them with me. I would also prefer to be able to set a reorder date in the app. At the moment I can only alter the order reminder by contacting my surgery which is a waste of their time. At the moment reorder reminders are completely wrong! It would be much better if I could reset the reminders to the actual number of pills that I have. ### 2/5 — Has gone downhill *2022-11-05, version 11.12.7* I used to get updates to tell me when my ordered repeat prescription was ready. All I get now is that my doctor has approved it. After that I have to take pot luck at the chemist if it’s ready or not. Why take away the app’s most useful feature as being told when a prescription is ready saves wasted trips and staff time. I added the Paydens ( Healthera ) app after I saw it promoted on the pharmacy and I thought , why not ? I regret ever having the app as I previously was using Emis and the NHS apps without any issues. My Doctor took me off Simvastatin and replaced it with Rosuvastatin and after attempts ( several ) to edit it , I called into the pharmacy to ask them to update . No one could help me so I deleted the app. Although I still keep getting notifications. I just want it to go away . Everything worked ok before and still does . The staff in the pharmacy are not IT experts and can’t help me . ### 1/5 — Paydens have no idea *2024-11-08, version 13.1.3* Thought this would be a good app and most of the time it works well. However when something out of the ordinary happens you get a message on the app and also an email (both saying they are from Paydens) and telling you to ring Paydens. Well Paydens deny any knowledge about the app/email and say they don’t know anything about it and the email was not from them. Maybe the staff at Paydens need to be shown how this app works from a patient’s point of view as it’s very frustrating when all they do is deny and leave you going round in circles to get answers! ### 1/5 — very poor *2024-07-08, version 13.1.3* I find this app very confusing. I keep getting messages to order when I’ve already ordered, I can’t see when I’ve ordered and you don’t tell me when the medicine is ready. What you do tell me is that the GP has declined to approve the prescription – you’ve done this twice and both times it’s turned out to be nonsense! Also it’s virtually impossible to update, the pharmacy doesn’t know how to update, they say I have to book an appointment with the doctor just to update my app. ### 1/5 — 401 error *2023-01-18, version 11.19.3* Was a great app. Now even after upgrading all I get is 401 error response code unacceptable. When I contacted the chemist I was told that they had not received any confirmation from the Doctors Surgery for my repeat prescriptions! So I contacted my Surgery who said there was no request for repeat prescriptions! Obviously the Payden app wasn’t working!!! In the end I chased up my Doctors Surgery for my prescriptions as I was about to run out! Yet on the Paydens app it said my prescriptions were ready!!!
