App is unusable. Can’t add special characters or letters to a loan so, can’t link.

They took money out of my account twice and one put one of the payments on my car loan and it wasn’t even the amount they took, it was less!  What’s going on?!??

Don’t waste your time downloading. They do it just got get your phone number and then it doesn’t work.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.  It is in fact, not correct information.  Paydownhero does not exist to "get your phone number".  Providing your phone number is just one action of a few we require to authenticate users.  We don't sell any of your information, and feel free to read our privacy policy and user agreement.  As of this morning (06/29/2020) we have pushed out additional security measures and assure you our platform is functioning just fine.  Thank you and have a good day!

Use plaid, allow pasting in the password(most use auto-generated passwords in managers in 2023), fix authentication images.

Easy to download and link accounts. Great to see my car loans in ONE place. Love that they are saving me thousands of dollars without me having to do much! Seems like they are new and are releasing updates to keep improving things. I haven’t had any issues yet. Overall solid.

I never really thought about being able to save on my car loan. I usually just set it to autopay and forget about it. Pretty cool to see how much the small roundups actually save me after a few years. Thousands! Easy to use and pretty intuitive. Highly recommend!
