Hello,
I sent money through your PFX remittance service, but the amount has not been received and now it appears lost. This is very serious for me.
Please check my transaction urgently and provide a clear update or refund my money immediately.
If I do not receive a proper response soon, I will be forced to report this matter to the financial authority and consumer protection office.
Kindly respond as soon as possible.
Thank you.

亏死我了！不谨慎的人千万不要下载！

我周末用这个App给国内家人汇了几十万日元，结果到手的人民币少了一大截！当时也没多想，等到周一我再打开App一看，汇率竟然比我周末汇的时候差了10%！

我这才知道，这家公司营业时间外和时间内会差10%的汇率！相当于收你10%的手续费。

最恶心的是，在整个汇款操作过程中，它根本不会提醒你汇率不正常！你就跟个傻子一样，眼睁睁看着自己的钱白白没了一截。10%啊！你汇款越多亏损就越大！

血的教训，这App就是给不谨慎的人挖了个陷阱！强烈不推荐下载！

Very bad experience with PFX Remittance.
I sent 40,000 JPY from Japan to Nepal.
It has been over 3 weeks, but the money has not arrived.
The transaction does not even show in the app history.
Customer support is slow and not helpful.
This caused me stress and loss of trust.
I do not recommend PFX Remittance.

Napakadaling gamitin, at mababa ang remittance fee compare to others. Napakaaccomodating din ng mga staff mabilis sumagot sa mga inquiries. I am using payforex remittance since 2021 until now so far wala pang problema sa mga naging transactions ko. Highly recommended! Godspeed❤️
