Last month and again this month, it repeatedly claims my payment is declined ( tried multiple cards AND contacted my bank to check that cards were not having issues). In the beginning it would not calculate service fee, once I updated my account and PLC information the service fee was added but was still declining my payment options. I was able to pay at the website without issue. Please fix this.
