아이폰16프로 바코드 스캔 누를시 검은 화면 아무것도 나오지않음

없는 제품이 많아 상품 등록 요청을 많이 해주어야 한다. 매우 아쉽다.

기존 로그인 상태가 로그아웃되더니 어플 실행 후 시작화면에서 계정등록/로그인/게스트로시작하기 3가지 모두 클릭시 무한로딩 되어 로그인이 안 되는 버그가 있습니다 어떻게 해결하나요

Whenever I try to scan a barcode it immediately goes to a product cannot be found screen

**Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused with barcode scanning.
Currently, most of the products supported by this app display information for items sold in Japan.
While we are continuously expanding our product database, there may still be some items that are not yet registered.

Helpful for finding product info. I took a star off because the ads are really intrusive.

최근에 일본 여행 다녀왔는데 드럭스토어나 돈키호테에서 이건 뭐지할때 바코드 찍으면 한국어로 이름이랑 설명이 다 나와서 너무 잘 사용했어요 감사합니다

### 1/5 — Incorrect "Country" Selection for Hong Kong and Taiwan

In your app, listing Hong Kong and Taiwan as "countries" in the selection menu is incorrect. According to the widely recognized One-China Principle, Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, and Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region of China. They are not independent countries.

Please correct this by:

1. Changing the menu title to "Country/Region".
2. Listing them as "Taiwan, China" and "Hong Kong, China".

This is a matter of respecting China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Please fix this promptly.

금지된 오류라 뜨면서 로그인도 안 되고 게스트로 들어가기도 안 되고 그냥 앱 자체가 안 돼요.

As soon as the app sees the barcode, it snaps a pic. It immediately says “cannot find due to shakey camera or bad lighting” but the camera needs one second to focus. Can’t find any products. Worthless app.

This seemed like the perfect app just in time for our holiday in japan. This could be exceptionally useful, for example for coeliacs who need to know what's in the food they'd like to buy. I keep scanning products, but there's never any useful information.

I have some food allergies/intolerances and this was a life saver while in Japan.   It helped me find foods I can eat and health products I could use.   There were some items not listed but that’s a given with how much items there are.  I HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone who is conscious about what’s in their products or like me needs to know for health reasons.
