Instead, “invalid ID”. This even though my correct ID is on the app already… This is what happens when you let DBKL nominate app design contractors with little to no scrutiny. This is the quality I expect from the lords of the land. ### 1/5 — Shocking *2025-05-07, version 2.0.5* The app hangs… ### 1/5 — Unresponsive app *2024-09-30* Unable to make Cukai Taksiran payment because the app is unresponsive and kept on “freezing”. Funny thing is the DBKL bill listed Pay@KL as the only means to make payment. How the heck am I supposed to pay then? 😡 payment services to the government agencies is in dire need to be upgraded! ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2023-09-10, version 2.0.4* Doesn’t work at all. Also, no way to add payment information for quick payment. It’s a pretty basic app with limited usability.
