## What is PayManagr?

PayManagr helps you organise, find, and share payslips - fast.

Store payslips by employer, add notes and tags, and generate a tidy summary PDF when paperwork pops up (rentals, mortgage brokers, HR checks and more). Your data is kept on your device—you choose when to share.

Why PayManagr:
- Keep every payslip in one place, neatly organised by employer
- Add notes and tags to make searching effortless
- View PDFs (including password-protected files) and common image formats
- Create a clean Share Payslips summary PDF from selected payslips
- Built-in checks to catch date mistakes and overlapping periods before you save

Key features:
- Vault: Browse all stored payslips with employer and period details at a glance
- Upload & capture: Add PDFs or photos from your library (or take a photo)
- Smart dates: Monthly/semi-monthly helpers and automatic period-end calculation
- Summary Preview: See totals and key fields before you create the PDF
- Quick sharing: Send a professional summary PDF when you’re asked for “recent payslips”
- Privacy-first: Your documents remain on your device unless you share them

Security note (password-protected PDFs)
For your privacy, password-protected payslips are not included in the Share Payslips summary file. If a payslip is locked, please share that PDF individually. This is an intentional design choice to prevent unintended disclosure.

PayManagr is a personal document organiser. It doesn’t provide financial advice and isn’t affiliated with employers or payroll providers.
