PayMasta Earned Wage Access (EWA) helps relieve financial pressure by providing employees early access to their earned wages.
It is a zero cost-benefit solution that reduces dependence on predatory payday loans, and improves the financial health of staff.
Paymasta is solving a problem common to most employees in Nigeria, which is the non-alignment of expenses with income, by providing access to a portion of their earned wages on demand to employees of partner organizations before payday. This solution is not a LOAN, so there is NO INTEREST paid on what has been accessed except a meager subscription fee charged when they demand their wage.
PayMasta also offers access to a personal finance manager for employees to plan their financial freedom.
