I just missed my repayment just by couple of hours , collections team called me and threatened me that I need to make the repayment now using the link , I just mentioned please be careful with your words and not to harassment but he used unparliamentary words. Every time I reach out, I’m told to wait another 48 hours—as if stalling is their only strategy. If there is a clear Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursal, why not stick to it? And if they cannot disburse, they should simply reject the application upfront instead of keeping customers hanging with false hope. Worse customer service ever; do not use it. They are not polite with the customer and do not understand the customer's situation. Whoever is reaching for this app, please don't use it. I had some medical issues, so I couldn't make the payment on time, so their agent kept harassing me over the call. When I was in the hospital and couldn't pick up the call, they called my brothers. Even I send numbers of emails to grievance but get no response. They used my phone number illegally on different websites and apps, so I got more than 500 OTPs continuously, and then I closed my account. They don't respect their loyal customers. 2. They don't give loan on time 3. They don't pay attention to any tickets raised I have been using this app for years now and have always made payment on time. This month, due to some medical emergency, I wanted to buy couple of days more to make the payment. These guys are so inconsiderate that the collections kept bothering me, calling me multiple times, harassing me. I, as a loyal customer, didn't avoid them (just a days delay). Instead I kept asking for some and assuring them that I would make the payment. I made the payment on priority and applied for another loan on purpose just to check if they give the loan on time and here it is again the same story of waiting. On top of that, they are still charging daily interest even after the payment. There is no proper contact number available—only email support, and they keep forwarding the same email again and again. There is no person to talk to, no customer executive available. This is very frustrating and helpless. I would never recommend this service. Their executives behave poorly as well—if you don’t make the payment, they start calling your family within 2 days, and even after you pay, they don’t respond and keep adding interest. The PayMe Loan App falsely claims to provide instant loans, but in reality, it takes more than a day to sanction, which is completely misleading. I would not recommend this app to anyone seeking fair and transparent lending. ### 1/5 — Fraud! *2025-11-24, version 9.6.1* Dont ever take loan from this app... they will harrass you for no reason... i took a loan once and that was my biggest mistake... they will start calling us before 3-4 days of the emi date... first they give you 4-5 IVR calls then after that their recovery agents starts calling us... even when i told them i will pay one day earlier from the Repayment date still they forced me to do repayment 2-3 days earlier. When i refused they started to talk in a very rude manner. And if I tried logging out my account then also they ask you details they dont even allow you logging out your account. I had taken loan and I was going to repay on loan but they added extra charges without any reason.
