## What is Payment & Expenses Reminder?

A great helper for those who have a list of regular payments!

PAYMENT CHECKLIST
Make a list of your monthly payments, expenses, and income.
Mark the paid payments.
When you add a new payment, the app repeats it on its own in the following months.
In addition to regular payments, you can add a one-time payment to the general list.
It is possible to make a partial payment, while maintaining the open amount of debt.

There is always a summary table with payment amounts on the main screen.:

REMINDERS
The main purpose of the app is to remind you about the upcoming payments today.
You set the notification time and the deadline for how many days you need to send the notification.

PAYMENT HISTORY AND FORWARD PLANNING
The app stores data for the past month, for months with outstanding payments, and for several months in advance.
You can choose a planning period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. 
In other words, you can plan the payment for several months in advance and the app will notify you about it.

WHO IS INTERESTED IN THIS
The app will help those who have a lot of current regular payments so as not to forget who has already paid and who has not.
It simplifies payment planning and adds reminders so that you don't miss a payment or your debt or loan payment.

SEVERAL PLANS
The application allows you to keep several payment plans (lists) at the same time, for example, personal and work, several different companies.
These plans are independent of each other.

iCLOUD
All plans are automatically saved to iCloud if it is configured on the device.

SHARE A LIST
You can send any list to yourself or another person as a file or text. At the same time, it is possible to select payments before sending.
You can specify multiple payments and text them to someone as a message.

ARCHIVE OF PAST PERIODS
If more than a month has passed and all payments are marked as completed, then this month (the list of payments) goes into the archive.
The archive is stored on your device until you delete it.

удобное приложение, для разных платежей. я бы добавила функцию, где все платежи которые уже совершенны опускались вниз, а те которые предоставят еще оплатить будут наверху. Потому что не очень отключать все совершеннее платежи и их просто потом не увидишь и не будешь понимать куда ушли деньги. 

А так приложение удобное, в остальном меня все устраивает

После обновления стало очень удобно пользоваться 😍👏
Единственное, когда проставляешь дату расхода например 01.05, сохраняешь, но в общем списке дата ставится текущая (но это не каждый раз) и приходится снова корректировать, но может я что-то неправильно делаю 🧐

**Developer response:** Спасибо за оценку и отзыв! Даты вводятся стандартным способом iOS. Да, иногда неочевидно, выбираешь месяц, а само число остаётся не выбранным. 
Лично я после выбора даты нажимаю на поле даты и вижу, что выбрал.

Спасибо за программу, то что нужно. Очень хотелось бы в платеже добавить примечание. Как по мне ну очень не хватает… чтобы самой написать какие то заметки (например: № дог, л/сч, с какой карты платить, кто платит из семьи, где лежит договор)), фио менеджера, да много чего…).

Пока нашли компромисс в том, что это приложение всё-таки напоминалка прежде всего и не хочется перегружать интерфейс дополнительными функциями. Тем не менее, спасибо что напомнили об этом! For some, this is an unexpected, and for others, a long-awaited update!

Friends, in fact, this is a completely new application!

There's a new code inside, a new approach, a new concept!

Only the data model remains from the previous application. 
Even though we tested and verified a lot before the release, if you have important payment lists,
please save them to iCloud before updating!

The new version will pick up your previous lists and continue working with them.

In this version:
+ new application icon, supports light and dark themes, as well as color highlighting
+ a new approach to navigation between periods - now you can scroll through them, scroll left and right
+ selecting the sum values immediately shows their sum
+ The summary table is now at the top of the main screen!
+ the final large table now immediately shows the payment schedule - you can see on it how receipts and expenses are distributed during the month and what the result is.
+ archiving has been added: now old periods are automatically archived:
   if more than a month has passed and all payments are marked as completed, then this month goes into the archive. 
   This happens every time a new month comes.

In other words, the main list now contains the current month, the previous month, and several future months.
+ you can set yourself how many future months you want to keep: 3, 6, 9 or 12
Important: archived periods are not stored in iCloud, they do not take up space there. Only locally on the device. You can delete them all or one at a time.
+ you can restore the list of payments from the archive

Of course, there is still support for multiple payment plans/lists, and exporting lists as text or a file.pmts

The main purpose of this application is to notify about upcoming payments.
Now it is possible to specify to Warn in advance, and then each payment can be set the number of days for which it should be warned.
If you specify, for example, 3 days in advance, then the notification will arrive 3 days in advance and on the day of payment.

A red badge with a number on the icon shows how many regular payments are today, this is the amount on all the lists.
