It works on laptop but not in mobile app. What a shame. Hopefully it will be sorted soon as it is great idea ### 1/5 — Just sends you to internet page *2019-10-09* This app doesn’t work, it only opens a page to enter your email for a secure link, which then opens up a safari tab? You can’t access your data. It freezes all the time and drops out. Any transactions after 6pm don’t show for days if at all. I wouldn’t bother with it. It’s a bit amateur **Developer response:** Hi, sorry to hear the app isn't updating for you! Please reach out by emailing us at customer.service@paymentsense.com so we can look into this for you. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2021-01-27* Downloaded the app and every time it logs me in via the web browser but not the app. Tried to speak to the tech department who didn’t know why it was doing that. So technically the app doesn’t work but it works but it doesn’t. Need to speak to Boris to understand if it does or doesn’t. ### 1/5 — A fundamental bug! *2020-09-21* The app pulls information from the processing bank, but does not pull ALL of the information through. So, according to customer support, refund attempts ALL pull through, indistinguishable from successful refunds, whereas only SUCCESSFUL payment transactions pull through, & attempts don’t. At least that’s what they told me. Ultimately, this means that customers cannot trust that transactions which appear on the app are successful, nor that those not showing haven’t actually gone through. So the app actually tells you nothing reliable, and you end up on the phone to them, on hold, for ages. Just as confusing as the website. Please email us at customer.service@paymentsense.com so we can take a look at this for you as a priority. ### 3/5 — Missing Refunds capabilities *2021-02-12* The app is quite easy to use however a huge downside is the ability to be able to process a refund from the app like you can with others such as stripe. ### 2/5 — Got worse *2022-07-04* Used to work with my Samsung but now is junk with an I phone. Then it lost the ability to look back beyond yesterday, giving me zeros for previous days. Now I don’t even get the current day, only yesterday.
