"I've never encountered such a nightmarish banking experience. My funds have been held hostage for a staggering 15 days with no sign of release. Attempts to contact customer support have been futile; it's like talking to a brick wall. This level of incompetence and lack of responsiveness is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this banking abyss."
