It’s known to be a joke that if this is the app a platform is using to pay you, you are not going to get paid. They’re paid for. These people cancelled multiple payments because the receiving account does not support international wire transfer and when I asked if I could get one, they issued it. I repeatedly, almost crazily repeatedly asked if they were sure I wouldn’t get cancellations and if the account could actually receive international SWIFT wire transfers, and the repeatedly said yes. Fast forward to now, all the initiated payments have been cancelled, brands said they have successfully paid me, but Payoneer said they cancelled the payments, all these are happening while Payoneer is deducting charges on cancelled payments. I’m losing so much money, my sanity, and time that should be invested into my work and family. They delete comments on Instagram and locked their section. They don’t respond on any platforms and take years to even respond to emails. This is where I’ve found myself. I’ve cried all morning because I don’t know where to go from here.
