And getting no further response from support I have given up. So frustrating as it was such a helpful and convenient app. What went wrong? Am I the only person who is having this issue. I paid it early and some reason I’m still having notification saying make sure I have to have significant funds. I contacted the company about it and they replied “please don’t worry it’s just a notification and the automatic system does that” afterwards it charged me again and I showed them the transaction and they said they will refund my money, But they didn’t. They keep on apologising and I accuse them of lying and they denied it but I keep pushing and they haven’t replied to me for 3 months. I threatened to take them to court and report them for fraud from Westpac. But no reply.
