The app is good but not recommended, users can’t withdraw money from their card. Work on your app, check other card providers they all let users withdraw money from their apps. Now my money is stuck on the app

mon argent reste bloqué et il m'est impossible de réaliser des retraits ou de recharger mes cartes, qu'elles soient physiques ou virtuelles. Cette situation dure depuis un an et chaque jour, j'obtiens les mêmes excuses sans aucune résolution effective du problème. Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme en raison de ces dysfonctionnements graves et du manque de support client efficace.

Depuis que j’ai effectué la mise à jour je n’arrive plus à retirer de l’argent vers un compte mobile money. Ce qui est très dommage pour moi. 
Une autre chose c’est qu’il n’y a aucune fonctionnalité qui permette à l’utilisateur de rejeter lui même une opération de transfert ou de retrait vers un compte mobile money. 
Le service est lent et très souvent on ne répond même pas aux réels préoccupations qu’on pose.
