App doesn't allow anything but a RUT to use and isn't offered in any language but Spanish. Also rejected my payment after I finally got everything translated. If you're a traveler in Latin America, don't bother.

Intenté pagar con mi tarjeta y no agregó el pago pero si lo descontó y luego hice transferencia y no funciona

La UX/UI es fatal, intenté registrar con 3 números de teléfonos distintos y la app arrojaba que ya estaban registrados cuando nunca la había usado antes. Una vez que logré registrarme no me dejaba agregar mi tarjeta internacional a la billetera digital. Intenté con VISA y Mastercard. Pérdida de tiempo!!!!

Empezó funcionando aceptablemente, pero luego empezó a fallar demasiado, a veces me consumió la plata y no cargó el saldo en la máquina y últimamente simplemente uso el QR y no carga el saldo en las máquinas, tengo que intentar muchas veces para que pueda cargar. Muy molesto.

Es una mala aplicación en sí y muy mala la última actualización que te saca de tu sesión cada 5min, no te deja pagar xq el teclado de recarga se queda pegado arriba, ya en el edificio si siguen las quejas le van a dar de baja.

Después de la actualización, la app no permite hacer el “login” o ingresar. Se queda pensando y no entra.

Perdí el detergente y 45 minutos de mi tiempo y tuve que usar monedas en otra lavadora. 

Por favor, arréglenla.

When the App is working & it lets me add money to my account, then it’s great! But it took a long time to set up an account. My husband and I tried 3 different times, using 3 different emails & debit cards. We were finally able to set up this account I’m using now. Maybe it’s because we have US cell phones but we are trying to use the App in South America? I’m not sure. Hopefully the company will get the glitches ironed out. In theory, using the app to scan the QR codes on the washing machines is brilliant.

Primero que nada súper cómoda porque evita el tema con las monedas que a veces son difíciles de recolectar y segundo tuve un problema con un pago y lo solventaron súper rápido muy buena atención y disposición al cliente
