Needs update *2025-06-06, version 4.5* They have not yet updated the current California SDI percentage of 1.2% ### 4/5 — Great Reference *2025-02-11* Love this app. Have been using it for a few years now. My hours are never the same at work. I do work a lot of OT, so this helps give an accurate estimate of my check will look like with 401k contributions and post tax deductions. But only if the settings are set correctly. I would give 5 stars if they added a section for bonuses. ### 4/5 — Bug *2024-03-29* App is great have been using for years, but only recently have I found a bug in the state tax calculations. If your check grosses over 3500$ it will not calculate any state tax at all ### 4/5 — It’s worth it if you learn to use it *2021-05-29* I’ve been using this app for 3 years now and it has always been of great help to calculate my checks. It may be off by no more than $10 but that has more to do with jobs take a few more dollars here and there for taxes than the app. Best advice is to download this app and make sure you put in any additional taxes or withholdings in your settings to get an accurate amount. Only thing I wish this app had was holiday pay section. They have not calculated the social security deduction correctly. If your paying a fee for the program they should get it right. There is a maximum which they have not taken into account. I liked the simple interface which gets the job done. I keep multiple profiles for employees, with multiple deductions, i.e. health insurance and 401k deductions. Calculations are always spot on. Wish I could print checks and W2s from the app. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-02-06* This app is so helpful to me. I am able plan out my bills, money to save, etc. It has become one of the most important apps on my phone. The customer service team is great. There was an issue with the app not calculating my state tax deductions, and I emailed them, took a little bit of time, but they got it resolved, and the app is back to being accurate as always. ### 5/5 — Excellent Customer Service *2020-01-15* I have used this app for a few years and recently had an issue after an update. An Update! *2017-05-14* I've been using this app for the past couple of years. The last update was in December of 2013! Like holy cow! It shouldn't of taken this long for an update. A yearly update would even satisfy me, but none the less it does the job for me and gets pretty close to what my paychecks are. They're not completely 100% accurate but its usually no more than either a couple dollars higher or lower. I needed an app that would allow for overtime and double time as well as both pre and post tax deductions. This one has it all. Simple to set up my profile, then I just plug in my hours and it calculates my pay within a dollar. My employer rounds federal withholding or it would be to the penny.
