I’ve tried 3 times but I’m not able to register nor log in

Kindly fix the problem of responsiveness for small IOS mobile devices. I was disapointed by not being able to click on the signup button just seing Login then OR text only. The same on the login screen, I was unable to click on “Not a member yet? Register”.
My device is an iphone 6s.
