При тому що це трансфер з іншого європейського аккаунту. During a routine KYC process, support communicated in a rude, threatening, and unprofessional way, while demanding excessive sensitive business documents. Instead of transparent explanations, I received vague claims and poor evidence. After I raised concerns, my account was blocked.
