When you try to login, it immediately crashes. I’ve never been able to use it, just use the website. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! *2026-07-08, version 3.1.126* When registering, if the app is downloaded to your phone it’ll stop the entire process in its tracks and cause enough errors customer service will have to wipe whatever info you used to register so you’ll have to restart. I tried to use it at grocery stores. I tried to do online shopping. It doesn’t work. The money is in there but I still can’t use it. The only thing I can do is transfer the funds but even then I can’t even transfer the full amount. You have to transfer $50 as $10 for 5 times. You have to pay for each transfer which is one $1.00. There’s no point in having a Paysign card. The app crashes at every attempt to log in unless you mess with it in a specific manner. Then it tells you that you need to verify your email and, when you do, doesn’t let you log in and tells you that you still need verification. I called support, and the man who answered was extremely helpful and knew how to fix the issue immediately. The fact that he knew to tell me to delete the app and try again for it to work and also to be able to warn me that the app would still not work for the first two logins after redownloading but work afterward shows that the company is extremely aware of this unbelievably obnoxious issue but isn’t fixing it. I am in no way trying to say anything negative about the customer service rep, he was doing his best with what he has, he isn’t the one coding this horrendous app. Paysign needs to fix these issues. It’s ridiculous that the only way I can reliably log in without a crash (still an issue after verifying your email) is to set up FaceID. This is just the technical side of what makes this app and the company that owns it vile. The unending fees is insane. Every single action you can possibly take with this debit card can incur a fee. The only way to avoid one is to simply use the card and pray it isn’t declined (which will happen even if you have significantly more than enough of a balance for what you’re purchasing). The only reason that the grand majority of people that have this app use it is because they donate plasma and this is the obligatory only way of receiving compensation for it. If I could get paid in cash or get a direct deposit to my actual bank account that doesn’t crash 75% of the times I try to log in or charge ridiculous fees, I would. I hadn’t logged in for a couple months and went to log in and now the app just closes on me when I go to use it. I have to use the website. I have verified my email as required but when I attempt to login it tells me I need to verify my email. If I delete the app and try using the website it tells me that my verification has expired even though I literally just went through the verification.
