Constantly logs you out. Incredibly slow and buggy. Paystack be better.

it’s very stressful and depressing. And trust me, I’m speaking from experience. Customer support is very terrible. An issue that can be addressed in an hour might take forever and won’t ever get solved. Same with payouts which supposedly takes 1 business. In my experience it took a week following up with some issues of their own making, it was one I never understood. Please don’t waste your time and business potential on this app.

We have been receiving double or even triple notifications on each transaction for a few months now. I thought with the latest update that would stop but it’s still happening. Please fix it

This is fraudulent company! Never download this app or use their service! Any money you make through their app is not yours! They will destroy your business and give u excuses without any consideration! Also, their system has no feature to identify fraudulent payments and in their terms & conditions, your interest is not contained! It has happened to many people! If you try, it will happen to you! In the end, they will blame their error and system errors on you! Don’t mind any positive reviews you will see here.

the app works in general but it has some performance bugs here and there which sometimes affect how we receive payments. for instance it disabled every other form of payment on my website besides card payments and i had to re-do it again on the web app instead. Try to update the app and get it useable again. Overall every other thing works well. kudos to the team

The latest app update makes this app unusable. I open the app and the only available option is “New version available, please update the app to continue using it” but when I tap update, I’m redirected to App Store and voila! no update available, only “open”... Open the app and it’s the same story, update/open/update/open and so on. Any help fixing this will be appreciated.
