## What is Paystub Generator?

Pay Stub Generator is a paystub maker. Create a pay stub, paystub, or payslip in seconds — no account, no sign-up, 100% offline. Enter hours or a salary, add the earnings and deduction lines you use, and gross pay, net pay, and year-to-date totals update on your device. Export a PDF you can print, save, or share.

This is the pay stub you create, for an employee or for yourself. It is not a portal that opens a stub your employer already sent.

WHY THIS PAYSTUB GENERATOR
• A pay stub or payslip, ready in seconds
• You set every deduction; net pay and YTD stay on the device
• Professional PDF — print, save, or share the paystub
• 5 templates plus fonts, colors, logo, and page size (A4, Letter, Legal)
• Save employees so the next pay stub is faster
• Month-to-date and year-to-date reports
• Any currency
• No account and no cloud. The pay stub stays on your device

USE IT FOR
• Pay stubs and payslips for staff
• A paycheck stub or salary slip for yourself
• Replacing a missing pay stub
• A simple payroll PDF for a small business or freelance job

FREE VS PREMIUM
Free: 1 payslip and 1 employee, with full PDF export, every template, and design tools.

Premium unlocks unlimited pay stubs and unlimited employees.

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. These features require an active subscription. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your device subscription settings.

Download the paystub generator and make the next pay stub without an account.

HOW A PAY STUB GETS MADE
Start with the company name, address, and logo. Add the employee name, job, and an optional employee number. Choose the pay period and the pay date. Enter hours or a salary. Add each earning line yourself: regular hours, a rate, a salary, a bonus, or an overtime amount you type. Add each deduction line yourself, as a flat amount or a percentage. Gross pay, net pay, and year-to-date update on the device before the PDF exists.

WHAT THE PAY STUB PDF CAN SHOW
A pay stub can show the business, the employee, the period, the pay date, and a stub number. It can show every earning and every deduction under the name you give it. It can show gross pay, net pay, month-to-date, and year-to-date. It can show a note or a footer you write. The amounts on the pay stub are the amounts you enter. The paystub maker does not look up a government tax table.

TEMPLATES AND THE NEXT PAY STUB
Five pay stub templates. Change the font, the colors, the logo, and the layout. Paper size is A4, Letter, or Legal. Preview the pay stub, then print it, save it, or share it. Save the employee so the next pay stub already has the name. Month-to-date sits next to year-to-date.

A PAY STUB WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
No sign-up and no cloud copy. Companies, employees, and numbers stay on the device. Make a pay stub when a paper copy is missing, when a small team is not on a payroll portal, or when you need a payslip PDF the same day. Any currency works. The free pay stub is one slip and one employee, with the full PDF and every template. Premium removes the cap on pay stubs and employees.

KEEP THE RECORD
Store a pay stub for each period you care about. Reprint it later from the device, or share the same PDF again. A contractor, a freelancer, and a small employer use the same paystub maker. The words on the document are pay stub, paystub, and payslip. The PDF is created on the device, offline, with no account.
