But the low rating was because they charged me twice, and refused a refund. So watch out for that. I had to go and dispute the second charge with my bank after a snarky back and forth with customer service. Skimmer is better. ### 4/5 — Good app *2026-03-17* It’s getting better. Started off with Skimmer app, which in all honesty is my personal favorite when it comes to service and repair. They just got too expensive so my company switched to Paythepoolman. I absolutely hated it at first, but they have been making some changes and getting better. I believe they will continue to improve. It’s honestly worth getting especially if your leaving skimmer and looking for another easy to use app service. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2026-02-05* Gets annoying when you log a service and the app makes you do it again because it didn’t register. Also the app will log me out while I’m servicing a pool so it messes with the service time.
