My main reason for trying this software was to cut down the need to operate in multiple different programs for daily business operations. From the start I have had nothing but great experiences with minor issues (mostly cause from myself.) Within a few day of signup I was contacted by Teresa, employee with PaythePoolMan that has been my point of contact since I began using the program. Not only is the program an absolute must have, but their customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever had dealings with. I highly recommend trying this product out to allow you to properly run your business and not let you business run you!! It’s completely tailored to the pool industry and that’s what I love. The company still shows their interest by continuing to post new updates and improvements. I love the tech support. Wether it’s through email or on the phone, they have a quick response time and get the job done. Just like any other dedicated company they appreciate positive feed back. So if there’s something you need or want. Just simply ask and put in a a request. I added additional billable items, and then 5 days later I realized that they never sent out. I called customer service and they didn’t have an answer. I asked them to look into it and give me an answer by the following Monday… they didn’t have an answer and didn’t have any record of my invoices and extras to be able to reproduce it. I’m very disappointed with them! They never called me to let me know what the found out in the follow-up. Reply: your reply sounds “good” except you still have not called me back to discuss or help me with the problem! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-01-05, version 1.0.2* Absolutely terrible user interface. It doesn’t even work at all. Was supposed to be a free month and automatically charged my card for their other app service ‘Pool Junction’, which doesn’t work either. What a complete waste of time and loss of money. ### 1/5 — Used to be amazing *2020-11-07, version 1.0.2* I have used PTPM for close to 3 years. I loved it. And some aspects of I still love. Their billing portion of the software is top notch, and nothing else I have found can even come close to matching it. However, with that being said, the latest update with the terrible color gradient schemes and their lack of response on updating some minor things for those of us that are colorblind it’s very disheartening. On top of that, their new color and gradient scheme gives me a migraine every time I look at it. Ended up canceling them due to no response for a month, and basically being told well this is the new modern look of things, we don’t know what to do for you. Reply to developers response - It’s not my “opinion” as you put it. It was making me have a migraine. A physical Heath condition, and no one said sorry and well work on new colors or anything. It was basically “well there are other apps out there, good luck”. If the color scheme changed back and some stuff got updated I’d come back. Easy to use. They have a awesome support staff for any questions. I use the app multiple times a day while in the field.
