For the past 18 days, I have been unable to add or delete my bank account. I have raised this concern repeatedly through emails and support tickets on an almost daily basis, but the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact your support team, I receive the same response stating that the issue will be resolved within 2 daysand that I need to wait until the Paytm Payments Bank account is removed, after which I will be able to add another bank account as my primary account. However, despite waiting patiently and following all the instructions provided, nothing has changed. This continuous delay and repetitive responses without any actual resolution are completely unacceptable. My investments and account operations are being affected due to this issue, and it has caused significant inconvenience. I request you to: Resolve this issue immediately. Enable me to add or delete my bank account without any further delay. Provide a clear explanation for why this issue has remained unresolved for 18 days despite multiple follow-ups. Share a definite timeline for resolution instead of providing generic "2-day" responses. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to escalate the issue to the appropriate regulatory authorities, including SEBI and the online grievance platforms, as I have sufficient records of all my follow-up emails and support requests. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Please go back to the old businesses settlement interface *2025-10-28* Dear Paytm Business Team, I would like to share some feedback regarding the recent changes made to the business settlement interface. The earlier version was extremely clear and easy to understand — it specifically mentioned the payment date (e.g., “Full day – 24th September”) along with the settlement date (e.g., “Settled on 25th September”). This clear bifurcation made it simple to track daily transactions and settlements without any confusion. In the current interface, however, it’s difficult to identify which payments correspond to which day, since the settlement date and transaction date are not as distinctly separated. It now requires additional effort and manual calculation to figure out which payments were settled for which day’s transactions, making the process less user-friendly. I sincerely request you to consider bringing back the previous interface layout or at least include clear day-wise labels like before. The old format was much more intuitive and helped business users like us to manage and reconcile transactions effortlessly. I hope this suggestion will be taken into consideration for upcoming updates. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-09-15* Worst app , there is no customer care number from which you can connect only one AI based chat process where you cant receive any solution. Paytm has the most unprofessional ways to interact with customers. The very primitive chat bot in the app provide only limited options to capture customer issue/feedback. And surprisingly, the issue raised appears solved immediately in the app, while no action has been taken by Paytm. And also, their agents call to follow up on due payment using different mobile phone numbers and that too in a total illiterate manner and not synchronised with each other. After listening to the issue, verbal assurance is given by some of them, however no ticket no email. But nothing actually is done by them. If Paytm wants to retain customers, they should really work on priority to setup a professional customer care like any bank or other institutions, and give proper attention to customer's concerns and resolve them. I am a frustrated customer who has now stopped using Paytm for any further transactions - competitors in the market provide much better service. ### 1/5 — No customer support at all *2025-04-13* Worst upi platform especially for business. Never ever install a sound box of paytm they offer no customer support and keeps on charging you. ### 1/5 — Worst app of all fraud paytm *2025-03-24* I recently opened my paytm business account and I was told there will be no charges for anything by the agent but after all the formalities he said soundbox fee has to be paid and I paid it after that I was told by that fraud person that if we don’t do any transactions then paytm will charge money later I noticed that there is charge on transaction done by customer via rupay credit card after considering all this I requested to close my account but another agent arrived and only took the soundbox for which I paid rupees and now I am requesting them for more than 10 days to deactivate my account fully but they are not responding at all even the fraud guy who opened my account says on phone I will come today I will come tomorrow but he never arrives this app is a scam and I request everyone to avoid such services as they are totally fraud they are not deactivating my account and today that guy again said the same thing that I will come and I know no one will come I just want my account deactivated of paytm business please suggest me should I report to cyber crime for the issue ### 1/5 — Sound notification *2025-03-14* Bring version for iphone software no sound for payment received please help us ### 1/5 — No executive visit to solve the problem *2025-01-26* Better to do not use of this platform service. Pathetic services given by paytm they even dont have executives to solve the problem only they sell soundbox and card machine to the business owners. Was got stuck on change settlement bank account but not able to do due to option not available and they asking my bank transection history, cheque etc; which i can’t disclose my transection history they not ready to change with just cheque i dont understand why paytm want to cheque my bank transection history. And even they dont change with proprietor bank cheque. What they want to do with this platform is they want to steal the sata for sell or what. Pathetic Upi app ever seen for business. Recommended to do not Go with this platform for your business transections. Called many times and got same answers and not get any help. Weak customer support. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Charges and Worst Service! *2025-01-17* I was shocked to see that Paytm charged me ₹3,000-₹4,000 for a sound box that I haven’t used in 2-3 years. I closed my store years ago and moved to the USA, only to discover this when I checked my account. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no resolution was provided. One support agent promised to pick up the sound box but then stopped answering my calls. Paytm’s support is unreliable, and the app is fraudulent. This app will make you lose your hard-earned money. I strongly urge everyone NOT to use Paytm. I am determined to take legal action against this. Avoid this app at all costs! Let me know if you’d like any changes. ### 5/5 — Don’t brought paytm sound box *2024-12-11* I have recently install the paytm sound box and the dealing hand of paytm told me that you have to pay a sum of Rs 800/- for sound box and there will be a deduction of Rs 1/-per month as charges which equals to Rs 12 - PA and asked him that whether this charges will be fix or will change but the dealing hand/ sound box installer told me that the charges will be fix and there will be no changes in future. Its about 1-1.5 month before when it got installed. Now the charges have increased to Rs 79/- per month which equal to Rs 948/- PA. Whenever we call their customer care services they always tell that the new offers will come in future but Rs 79/-per month is fix until new offer arrived. It is a big fraud done by paytm to their customer. And sooner paytm have to face the litigation against them.. Don't buy paytm sound box... Do not trust Paytm ### 1/5 — PAYTM IS PATHETIC AND THEIR SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS OWNERS IS REALLY BAD. *2024-10-13* Paytm Business Support is SO BAD. i am trying calling from last 2-3 days continuously but it’s coming BUSY ONLY, i wonder if they even have any actual support, it looks so fake. i have been charged for soundbox for no reason when it was offered for ₹1 monthly rental. I AM NOT EVEN USING AND DID NOT WANT THAT SOUNDBOX in the first place, but because of ₹1 monthly rental offer, i opted for it and now they have charged me ₹125 monthly for 5-6 months automatically from my payments. I DO NOT EVEN USE PAYTM ANYMORE FOR MY BUSINESS PAYMENTS BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST PAYTM AT ALL BUT after 5-6 months of not using it at all, i thought of giving it a try and a second chance and received two payments from customers. BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR NO REASON. Now when i want to complaint, there is no support. There is No mail iD to where i can write about my issues. WHY WOULD I USE PAYTM IF THIS IS HAPPENING. DO NOT USE IT AT ALL.
