They delivered that without stand and when asked to return, they disagreed to it and further asserted that I am lying. But now they have accepted their mistake gracefully and written “Please consider this as one time exception” What should customers do with these exceptions that showpiece is a waste of entire money. Pathetic service but one thing to appreciate is their replies - consider this as one time exception Wow 🤚 Looters thieves ### 1/5 — Please don’t purchase here *2021-07-04, version 5.1.0* Order id 14159378719. Don’t purchase from Paytm mall no fair return policy and they rejected my return request without any reason please buy from amazon or flip kart for best experience ### 1/5 — Cheater App *2021-06-18* Ordered two T-shirt and paid direct from paytm balance, they delivered only one T-shirt, I refused to give OTP at time of delivery as there was only one T-shirt, but delivery man told that there are two different sellers so you will get second T-shirt within 1-2 days, and you have to use same OTP for both delivery. So i gave OTP to delivery man who came with one T-shirt, and at end of day got message that both T-shirt are delivered. I call customer care and email and message also, but they are not listening. Just cheaters nothing else, looting people by new tricks. Request everyone pls dont buy anything from paytm mall ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel order *2021-04-24* Customer service (robot) is referring to Paytm Mall App to cancel order. There the option is not clickable. Very bad service (no person to talk to) and App! ### 1/5 — No customer service available to contact *2021-03-22* No customer service available to support customers like Flipkart Myntra Amazon they are giving only option and option... I personally suggest to Paytm shopping mall team pls improve to ur service first. But our totally experience are bad ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2021-03-11, version 4.4.2* This is the worst app ever for shopping. They are trying to get the money from customer and they are not willing to provide the product in return. Sending damaged product and then not even returning them. Their so called investigation is so long that they easily take 15 days just to provide a solution and that too is not going in favour of customer. This is something which is acting like a crab and dragging the Paytm brand to it’s doom. DON’T buy anything from Paytm mall. Don’t spend your money on Paytmmall. ### 1/5 — Bad seller *2021-02-15, version 4.4.2* Every one is cheater here. The seller , the customer service unit . And communication officer . I bought a pair of sandal last month they delivered 1st feb 2021 , that was very very low quality worth less product. So i want to return, but mall said quality issues is not enough to return item. Alash. !!!! What a tragic to me . I purchased the value ₹ 579 . Product i received value near about ₹ 100. So constantly paytm mall and the seller syndicate try to foolish us with hidden rules. There is no one who can hear customer problem. Customer support no is not working. I have purchased rs. 2000 product from paytm under the return period and they rejected my return request without any reason. And no one is replying on 24x7 customer support. Please do not but anything from paytm. I have told my friends too that do not buy anything from paytmmall. If there is some issue in the product they won’t get it back even when the product will under return period. ### 1/5 — Service is worst *2020-07-28, version 4.4.0* I am expecting the delivery of a parcel since last 3 days . The courier person is never available on calls and neither does he contacts himself. He simply updates my status that i was unavailable and that i have put wrong address. Whereas he does not even try . Who does that ? I even complained to paytm and ecom express but they said they would take action in 24-48 hrs. But no action has been taken . Pathetic .
