I have placed a prepaid order and the day of delivery I didn’t get my order but got a msg of order was successfully delivered. I immediately called to provided no of courier boy but not connecting then i asked my security guard about courier boy and he made sure that no one has come here in last 2 hour then i called to helpline and dropped some messages against courier boy. Next day I received a call and i told them my point and requested to match and show me my digital signature, taken at the time of delivery but they didn’t provide me anything even they closed my case without proper investigation. Today again i called to helpline and asked for my refund and order he disconnected the call in the middle. I never recommend paytm mall shopping to anyone. ### 1/5 — Fastag *2019-12-29, version 4.3.4* I ordered one fastag. At the time of ordering it did not ask for uploading the required documents. As i got the fastag it was not working as the documents were not uploaded. I asked a lot of times but no response from their side. Whenever i call its customer care atleast 10-12 minutes i have to wait. Most of the times their call gets disconnected. Whenever the call connects they assure me to resolve my issue. Still i did not get any resolution. TOTALLY USELESS SERVICE.....!!!!! ### 1/5 — Very bad and poor service *2019-09-23, version 4.3.3* Om 22 june 2019 I have order sunflame 60 cm stainless chimney but instead of chimney I have received a Gass burner after many massages at last I got the refund but again their dp same things on 23 September 2019 I have order iPhone 11 pro mobile cover and I got another model cover instead of iPhone 11pro. It’s a very bad service and purposely doing the same mistake again and again. Better improve ur service or just close down ur Service. You guys r cheating the customers. ### 1/5 — Worst company *2019-08-05* We have ordered some items from paytm mall and because the quality and sizes are not upto the mark we had to return some of them. It’s all as per return policy only. All t&c have been checked. But paytm mall has rejected returns saying that some automatic BOT has flagged our account of misuse and can’t return our money back neither replacements are allowed. This is absolutely way of cheating and taking money from customers without informing upfront if really there’s a mistake from us. We have seen the history and nothing major wrongdoings from our side nor more no of transactions also. ### 1/5 — Worst, They fool their Coustmers, worst coustmer care!!! *2019-07-13, version 4.2.0* Paytm Mall is Providing fraud information! In the description it was clearly written that the product undergoes Fast delivery 8-12 days. And when the product was purchased it automatically changed to 18 days, when called the coustmer care they said that this particular doesn’t undergo fast delivery. Fully Fraud. Never Trust Paytm Mall. After 20 days too I have not received the product and no response from their coustmer service !! Never Go for Paytm Mall. ### 1/5 — Bhosidike tum b duboge ek din....trust tod ke koi b upar nehi gaya hai... *2019-04-17, version 3.13.0* 1st they given me a different colour product in place of my choice colour but after receiving I kept it thinking of “chalo koi nehi rakh lete hain” but when I used it I found it defective. Then quickly I requested for return but the courier boy denied to receive the return as it was of dufferent colour I have ordered. Seriously I felt so embarrassing and furious about that behaviour and I called customer support immediately but they took 27days to resolve my problem and for refund So please dont buy any product...fraudulent company it is ### 1/5 — Worst Ever Customer Service, Specially Supervisor AMAN *2019-02-02* The most pathetic customer service as compared the any other website! I called their helpline multiple times just to get 1 invoice for an old purchase. These guys were not able to access it despite giving the Order ID so many times. Finally, the call was transferred to supervisor AMAN, who was so so rude! He shouted at me saying he can’t access it and gave me some other Paytm numbers where also, no one was reachable and helpful at all. Just like government departments, they keep you sending from 1 helpline to another and none of them can help. But worst was this supervisor AMAN who literally made my cry! I swear to never order on Paytm ever again! ### 1/5 — Cheater worst app *2019-01-08, version 3.8.1* I have ordered thermal wear and socks. They are showing items are delivered but it not delivered yet when we call on customer care they had put some fix static audio. Then I have to mail them after so many troubles finaly when I able to talk to them they said time up we can’t proceed further. They took my cash but still I didn’t receive my item they showed me fake sign of somebody & told me it is already delivered😡🤬 I lost my money and didn’t get items too 😣 Never ever buy from this cheaters! ### 1/5 — Frauds *2018-12-24* I had ordered a product and it was damaged when delivered. I immediately lodged return. It’s been a week I m calling the customer to arrange for my product, no one has come pick it up. It’s such a fraud app that my return has been rejected. Their service is so poor. It was first and indeed the last order from here. I would never recommend any one to shop from it. Instead, I would discourage as much as people as I can because this app is fraud. Even when I m calling their customer care number, my call is not going through. Such a big fraud app. Please don’t buy anything from it ever. ### 1/5 — Paytm Mall is losing it’s credibility *2018-12-19, version 3.7.4* These days, doing transactions using paytm mall is very scary. They do partial delivery and shows that full items are delivered. Customer care support is not worthy and don’t care about customer. They are cheating customers and I am one of those customers. Please don’t place order else you will be responsible for your lost. ### 1/5 — Frauds , Looters , Thieves , Robbers , Cheaters *2018-12-13* Beware of this tricky and false products sellers and cheaters as I had ordered for a imported V8 Smart Watch of good quality and good functions which was shown in the app advertisement but when I received the product I got a cheap china made simple watch with very much less function and worst quality also with very less features and the main thing was also that it was a defective piece as the sim card error was showing as I have inserted SIM card but it was not working and my calls were not connected and I can’t use the call and mobile functions as it I also searched for network but no network was coming and it was a network issue and also showing charging error. They don’t answer the call satisfactory and also they can’t give any solution and no replacement also and my money has gone in waste . Will never recommend to buy products from paytm mall and so think many a times before buying product and get cheated. There is no option of giving minus stars so giving one star. ### 1/5 — Worst service by paytm *2018-11-29* I ordered product on 1 Nov, cancel it on 2nd Nov and its cancelled on 8th. After cancelled I assumed my money revert back to my card. I checked on 28 Nov and not found refund, I called customer care and he initiate the request, after 2 days I am not received any refund. In support system, there is no email or chat feature, only call. If you want to escalate to higher authority, you need to write application on paper and courier to that address, there is no email feature for Nodel Officer, WHY paytm open online portal for even every issue we have to written application and call to customer care. SHAME on paytm developer/higher authority/ CEO to create this type of escalation process ### 1/5 — One of the worst mobile app *2018-11-17* This review is from the mobile app perspective and has nothing to do with the way paytm functions. Most of the searches and filters in your app show incorrect results. When you sort for men’s clothing, women’s accessories are listed as well. Your sort by price functionality doesn’t work properly either. Many of the offers are visible for some time and then disappear all of a sudden although the offer is still running. For instance your “onceamonth” offer is still running but i don’t see the tile in the homepage which was visible 2-3 days back. When I search for “onceamonth” I expect only those products to be listed which are in this offer but that never happens. I get to see all kind of products and most of them are not valid for this offer. Paytm mall as a business model is doing really good but your mobile app is not at par, rather its way below the standards. Please do hire some good developers for a better and smoother customer experience. There is no point giving an offer when the end user wont be able to avail that because of flaws in the app. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Care *2018-10-30, version 3.7.0* If there is any concern regarding your order then PayTM don’t have any structured and smooth Concern Handling System. Their Customer Care Number remains always busy even after waiting 10-10 minutes. They don’t reply on 24X7 Helpdesk messages on timely. They may take 2-3 days to reply on your message. So at the end if your product is OK then no problem But in case you have any concern then you need to suffer and wait for 2-3 weeks for solution (when you continually message and call them atleast 10 times a day) ### 1/5 — Fraud company. Worst experience *2018-10-29* You guys are fraud. You guys have broken your trust and assurance multiple times in last 2 weeks. I ordered a tv 3 weeks back. Didn’t get it yet. Everytime I contact you guys, you guys tell it will be delivered within 2 days but the order never gets delivered. I have called/mailed you 8-10 times now. In last your reply, you guys told the order will be delivered positively by 29th October. Now its showing 31st in the app. Don't you guys have the shame to not harress a customer so much. It's getting delayed from 16th October. On 16th October the order reached Bangalore near me. From the delivery partner, no one tried to deliver it and updated the false status as "delivery attempted". It got delayed by 15 days unnecessarily due to the carelessness of the delivery partner and unprompt, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of paytm mall. Will I ever get my order? Ever? Stop providing me the expected date of delivery and fake promises. Do some work. Talk to the delivery partner and get the real time status of the order and tell them to deliver it. ### 1/5 — It doesn't have customer care *2018-10-28, version 3.7.0* Paytm Mall may give products for cheapest price., but their is no customer service. I brought a Sony Bravia tv from paytm and they've given the delivery date as 5 days from ordered date ; But the delivery has done after 17 days of order. I tried to contact them., atlast I realized it's a waste of time as I used to wait 40-50 minutes every customer care call to get it connected. But it won't. Please take care of it paytm. You lost one customer with this recklessness ### 1/5 — very worst service by blue dark courier company *2018-10-24* Worst service by Paytm i ordered laptop on paytm it came from Kolkata the laptop was good but the services of dispatching order to delivered orders at. home was not got blue Dart courier company take responsibility to deliver it as soon and as secured but they didn’t do well they put laptop 2 days in kolkata and when it came to jaipur the courier first take 2 days in delivery laptop to mee and one day evening at 5:00 Pm they show that your courier is out of delivery and after 3 minutes it said that the courier man didn’t find your home location and another day also do same and my friend go to courier office he was waited there 1:30 hours after that they said we didn’t give you laptop we delivered the laptop at your home after 3 days we need laptop bcz the laptop was travel to another city in next morning bcz we want to gift and afterward to many argument the blue dark company was give the laptop to my friend ### 1/5 — Worst experience in my life *2018-10-19* I never recommend to any to purchasing from paytmmall. I have ordered iPhone and delivery date was 17th oct but today is 19th oct and still I am waiting my order. I have paid already and I communicated their customer care, and I was surprised that they misbehave very badly and said that we are not here for delivery your product communicate courier company we have shipped and now courier company is responsible for ur order. And from 20th oct I am going out of station and I am unable to receive my order. In this case my order will be cancel by courier company because i cannot receive my order in next two days. First time paytm update my order status as delivered while they did not deliver any product and they refund me after 40 days and now itni late delivery koi ni soch sakta paytm esa bhi karta h.... very worst shopping company ever ### 1/5 — Worst customer service ever *2018-10-15* I ordered a headphone from paytmmall. I hot the defective product but there was no option of returning the product in my orders section. I checked the return policy of the product and it was clearly mentioned that the product can be returned within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Then i tried calling customer care several times but they were busy everytime and i din’t get any response. So i wrote an email about my ordeal, still no response was there. Then i sent a message on their facebook page and no reply was there. Now i am having a expensive and defective produce at my home and don’t know whom to contact. It is my humble request to everyone please do not order from paytm for the sake of some cashback. I have experienced it twice. They delivered that without stand and when asked to return, they disagreed to it and further asserted that I am lying. But now they have accepted their mistake gracefully and written “Please consider this as one time exception” What should customers do with these exceptions that showpiece is a waste of entire money. Don’t purchase from Paytm mall no fair return policy and they rejected my return request without any reason please buy from amazon or flip kart for best experience ### 1/5 — Cheater App *2021-06-18* Ordered two T-shirt and paid direct from paytm balance, they delivered only one T-shirt, I refused to give OTP at time of delivery as there was only one T-shirt, but delivery man told that there are two different sellers so you will get second T-shirt within 1-2 days, and you have to use same OTP for both delivery. So i gave OTP to delivery man who came with one T-shirt, and at end of day got message that both T-shirt are delivered. I call customer care and email and message also, but they are not listening. Just cheaters nothing else, looting people by new tricks. They are trying to get the money from customer and they are not willing to provide the product in return. Sending damaged product and then not even returning them. This is something which is acting like a crab and dragging the Paytm brand to it’s doom. DON’T buy anything from Paytm mall. The courier person is never available on calls and neither does he contacts himself. He simply updates my status that i was unavailable and that i have put wrong address.
