For the past 18 days, I have been unable to add or delete my bank account. I have raised this concern repeatedly through emails and support tickets on an almost daily basis, but the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact your support team, I receive the same response stating that the issue will be resolved within 2 daysand that I need to wait until the Paytm Payments Bank account is removed, after which I will be able to add another bank account as my primary account. However, despite waiting patiently and following all the instructions provided, nothing has changed. This continuous delay and repetitive responses without any actual resolution are completely unacceptable. My investments and account operations are being affected due to this issue, and it has caused significant inconvenience. I request you to: Resolve this issue immediately. Enable me to add or delete my bank account without any further delay. Provide a clear explanation for why this issue has remained unresolved for 18 days despite multiple follow-ups. Share a definite timeline for resolution instead of providing generic "2-day" responses. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no option but to escalate the issue to the appropriate regulatory authorities, including SEBI and the online grievance platforms, as I have sufficient records of all my follow-up emails and support requests. I expect a prompt resolution and a meaningful response instead of another standard template reply.
