It’s despicable that you are another one of these bating firms that send you through tons of questions only to say you don’t qualify, then sell the info. Pathetic. Shame on you.

In order to use the app you have to pay, they allow you to make a free profile then charge you after you put your information in. Shouldn’t be allowed to do that, I don’t know how to even cancel my account. Save yourself the time

They don’t request your bank or payment information directly, but they charge you every time you submit a claim. I paid $9.99 for a weekly subscription and was still required to pay additional fees. This app is a scam — definitely stay away.
