It’s does have a more modern look and the signature section was greatly increased, customers are very happy with the space. The confirmation box could be enlarged greatly and please please photo card reader would be lovely!!! The bottom field runs into the invoice slot when typing kinda hard to select but you get used to it. Three stars gets the gob done. But could use a few improvements. I’ll try again ### 1/5 — Crap App *2018-08-30, version 3* If I didn’t like my agent I would have gotten rid of this merchant. The app doesn’t read credit cards correctly. It adds 5 years to the expiration date and the app has to be restarted every time before every transaction. Stay away from it even if your merchant says it’s going to work. This isn’t even worth 1 ### 1/5 — Customer service is a joke! *2017-09-25, version 1.2* The swiper I was over charged for that took two months to get doesn’t work and I can’t get anyone to call me back after several more months. But when I hand type all of the information that’s required; Card# cvc# full billing address excluding state, country and zip code, it works great. Not as convenient as the service I had before I Will be moving on. ### 2/5 — Not formatted correctly *2017-05-05, version 1.2* On my iphone 7 plus the information fields run off of the screen and I can't scroll to reach them so I can't process the cards. I have to have one of my employees process it on their iphone 5 which the app is formatted for. It's very inconvenient. If I didn't like the merchant service agent that I signed up with I'd find another merchant and processor. ### 2/5 — Buggy, and signature box is TINY *2016-07-15, version 1.2* Bug needs to be fixed. The app randomly clears all fields when entering information into credit card forms. I.e. Amount: $1.00 Card number --------xxxx Expiration: 01/19 Clears all fields. Start over. The signature box is way too small for anyone to write their full name, if wanted. 9/10 customers using the signature box comment it is way too small. Have to check up every now and then but that is through your actual processing center vs the PayTrace portal.
