We don't have lead pay, it won't let me cut my guarantee in half. - At first I wasn't getting the App to do certain things to calculate my income accurately, so I thought . - I can't log in, the password reset function is not working, and there doesn't seem to be any way to contact customer support. - Literally every refresh the amount will change for the previous months past . - The app is not user friendly and does not sync up lead pay correctly. It needs to reflect what flica has as far as lead hours and pay. There also needs to be a way to reset the month to the original pay report. - It says that you can add up to 4 pairings manually for free just by tapping of the calendar but it doesn't work. Also, I contacted support for my account to be deleted but they never deleted my account. - It gives you the option to have your trips added to your schedule automatically my pulling down on the screen but it never works!! - Asked for support on using the app never received an answer. - It tells you to hit the download button to download your schedule, but I don't see a download button 😡😡😡 **Most requested features** - Any chance you could make this app work for frontier as well? - Please, Please, Please!!! I cannot add or subtract any values that work. My per diem is not what is listed. We don’t have lead pay, it won’t let me cut my guarantee in half. Apparently the airline I’m with now is not compatible so it’s very disappointing. My last paycheck was hundreds of dollars different than what it told me here. I will take that as a request, and will definitely add that to the "things to do" for color customization. Once again, thank you. PRO TIP: you do not need to do all the tax calculations, all you should do is compare your "gross income" and "per diem" in your pay stub, with Paytrack's check view. IF they match, you do not need to do the whole tax subtraction. Swapping your trips often? No worries the app will update anytime you refresh it. It should be able to automatically pull info from FLICA or FC VIEW and then be able to edit that info. 3- wasn't able to contact creator (site just sends you to website, Even email was returned). 4-only allows 4 pairings, anything more is for subscription. 5- didn't seem to calculate carry-over correctly. Needs work and costs need to be lower.
