Eine 1:1 Bezahlung wäre in der heutigen Zeit ratsamer. Nun stehe ich da mit meinem Guthaben und kann es nicht mehr nutzen. Im Großen und Ganzen eigentlich eine tolle Idee und Umsetzung aber die Zahlungsart ist in meinen Augen nicht zeitgemäß. Daher nur 3/5 Sterne. ### 5/5 — 1A App 1A Kundenservice *2026-07-09, version 4.23.2* Ich hatte diese App zur Nutzung in Wien benutzt. Die Funktion als auch die Anwendung funktionieren einwandfrei. Immer noch das faszinierende ist, dass man mit einem Knopfdruck ein fremdes, privates Garagentor öffnen kann und dort in die Garage einfahren kann und parken kann. Die Ausschilderung in den Gebäuden war auch einwandfrei. Da ich nur zwecks Urlaubs in Wien war, benötigte ich die App nicht mehr, hatte jedoch zu viel Guthaben noch in meinem Account. Kundenservice kontaktiert. Kundenservice zahlt des Guthaben zurück und man kann die App bequem wieder löschen. Auch die Preise sind vernünftig! ### 1/5 — Keine Unterstützung *2025-04-05, version 4.22.0* Autoabholung: Auf Liniengasse in Wien wir könnten nicht door offen. Hat es nicht funktioniert. Und bei helpdesk war niemand. Nur phonebox Gottseidank hat uns jemand vom Hause einkommen lassen. Sehr stressig!!!! ### 1/5 — Schlecht schlechter Payuca *2025-04-02, version 4.22.0* Die Parkplätze sind so schlecht ausgeschildert, dass man sich nicht sicher sein kann, ob man auf einem von payuca vorgesehenen Parkplatz steht oder doch auf einem von Anwohnern reservierten! Wie in unserem Fall, weswegen ein Abschleppservice gerufen wurde! Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 0 Sterne geben ### 1/5 — Unseriöses Geschäftsmodell! *2024-05-16, version 4.17.1* In der App kann nur in Form von Tokens bezahlt werden, die man sich vorab kaufen muss. Das heisst, absolut ungeeignet für Touristen oder kurzfristige Mieten. Warum unseriös? Weil ganz offensichtlich darauf spekuliert wird, dass mehr Tokens gekauft als tatsächlich gebraucht werden. Konstruktiver (und offensichtlicher) Gegenvorschlag: hinterlegte Kartenzahlung mit monatlicher Abbuchung oder klassische Rechnung. Kein Grund dem Kunden mehr Geld (in Form von ungenutzten Tokens) in Rechnung zu stellen als tatsächlich benötigt. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-08-29* Waste of time. Phone verification prompts an error. **Developer response:** Dear Aditzu, we are sorry that you're having a bad experience with our app. Currently, you can use your local phone number, but you need to be within the European Union to make it work. Please get in touch with our customer service to receive help. _aed ### 1/5 — Cant create account *2023-08-01, version 4.10.0* Tried and tried but won’t do anything but send an error message when trying to create an account. Would have been great as this garage was right by where we are staying but now walking far in the pouring rain from a different garage. ### 3/5 — Kostenfalle *2023-08-01, version 4.10.0* An sich funktioniert die App reibungslos. Tipp für Erstnutzer, nach einer Woche ohne Nutzung erhält man eine email mit Gutscheincodes für kostenlose Erstnutzung. Der gilt allerdings nur, wenn man noch keine Credits gekauft hat!! Leider habe ich die Mail erst entdeckt, als ich schon geparkt hatte. Ich habe um 17:34 geparkt, mit halber Stunde gratis. Gratis ist allerdings wohl nur die Reservierung, nicht das Parken!! Dann sollte eigentlich ab 20 Uhr der 0,25 Credits Tarif gelten. Er wurde aber erst ab 21 Uhr berechnet. Bzw. von 17:34 bis 20:34, 3 Stunden zu 3,15 €. So kostete mich der Spaß 12 €, statt 9,80€ und ich musste 10€ nachbuchen. Da ich die nächsten Jahre nicht nach Wien komme, kostet mich das Parken nun 20€. Für Touristen ist die App daher weniger geignet. Gut wäre es, kleinere Beträge nachbuchen zu können und eine bessere Preistransparents. Allerdings bekomme ich auf Nachfrage die restlichen 8 € zurück.
