## What is PayUp?

PayUp - split bills without the awkward part

Stop chasing your friends for money.

PayUp is a simple way to split expenses and keep track of who owes you, without overcomplicating it.

Add a bill, choose who was involved, and the app handles the rest. You can include yourself in the split or leave yourself out — whatever fits the situation.

You don’t need to set people up beforehand either. Just add them when you’re creating a split and they’ll be saved for next time.

Everything stays organised in one place, so you can quickly see:

who owes you
what they owe
what’s already been paid

When someone pays you back, just tick it off. No confusion, no mental tracking.

There’s also a simple insights view so you can get a quick idea of how much you’re owed overall and who tends to take the longest to pay you back.

If you need to remind someone, you can generate a message and send it straight away or copy it — no awkward wording needed.
