I’m worried I might be deducted again despite of the successful debiting to my account. You can’t even use this in times of need. Makes total sense — if the goal is to stress people out, not support them. If this is what financial empowerment looks like, maybe rename it to 'PayTrap.' Take note, it’s from one of the biggest and prominent banks in the country! Seems like they hired a cheap IT and developer for this app! Better to loan somewhere else than this! Firstly, the app has proven to be unreliable. I have experienced frequent delayed updates to transaction data, and occasional syncing errors with my financial accounts. These inconsistencies undermine the primary purpose of a financial app—offering real-time, accurate financial oversight. Secondly, the user interface is not intuitive. Navigating through basic features such as setting budgets, reviewing expenses, or generating reports is cumbersome and often confusing. Important functions are not clearly labeled, and the overall design does not support a smooth user experience, especially for those who may not be tech-savvy. I believe a financial tool should be both dependable and easy to use. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not reflected that standard. I could have rated it half star if there is any. ### 1/5 — App is not working *2026-01-19, version 1.10.0* Had multiple attempts but still having the same error message of wrong email/password ### 1/5 — Account suspended *2026-01-13, version 1.10.0* I thought the purpose of this app is to have your salary in advance when you need cash or cause of emergency, however, I just received a notification that my account was suspended due to unpaid amount which was the day before my salary is to be credited to my account. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-11-10, version 1.9.5* I have had the chance to withdraw twice and maxing out the limit that I can withdraw, now payment was made when my salary came in even tho the due date is way over ahead from my actual pay day. Pay Wage then updated my limit to a higher amount however after a small withdrawal of 1k, my account suddenly got suspended and states “Awaits bank collection” even tho I have already paid my previoud withdrawal. This app is unreliable when you need it the most. YOU DO NOT GET ANYONE REACHING BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT TEAM. NO ONE! If this apps tries to take money from my account again, I am reporting this to BSP. Even if you already fullypaid, you cant reloan. It ruins your budget.
