This company is worst. A lot hiding fees. worst APP , don't be tricked like me. It is easy to use, but the setup process is a huge pain. There's a lot of security involved which is great, but highly inconvenient. What they don't tell you is that you have to produce a certain amount of business or they will charge you a monthly fee, $30 plus. They are not good people to do business. They are a cattle car operation that runs as many business through as they can. They tell you they have the lowest rates but have hidden fees. Stay away from this company. No issues with Verifone and set up. The merchant account was free. We signed up with our credit union. Maybe you all should look into that for those who have issues. With Phoenix group I have an amazing agent who is always helpful and there for us every time! As for people that have had problems with the account set up, I droped the merchant account that I had and when through iphone merchants, they were great too and handled everything. Some were flawed, some were just "okay". This app wins hands down! There's no comparing the easy-to-use software, and it works seemlessly with the card swiper. The other cool thing is that I get more compliments from clients just because of the hardware. They're blown away that I can swipe their card right on my phone, sign their signature right on the phone, and email them a receipt which they receive instantly. The best part is the customer service. My service is set up through iPhone Merchants and they are always ontop of things. They customized and designed a receipt for my clients that included all the custome fields I requested, and included my logos - all at no charge. And they've always been extremely responsive to all my inquiries. As I said in the beginning of this review, I've used other apps, some with large "reputable" companies, and some with smaller companies. Their service stinks. And when it some to a merchant account, it's imperative that you choose a company that will provide you with excellent and immediate service.
