Give you the run around saying features will be back next week, well it’s been next week for weeks! Filed a complaint with the BBB and they offered to transfer my money but when I asked how long it would take I never got a response. These people are nothing but thieves!!!! Highly suggest you RUN!!!!! ### 1/5 — NEVER AGAIN *2026-02-14* I used to use Paywint with no issues on transferring my money from there to Chime or wherever. Now your money gets stuck in their stupid wallet or put on their credit card that DOES NOT WORK! Over $500 GONE! ### 1/5 — Worst Ever!!! They steal your money!!! *2026-02-12* Worst experience I ever had with the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever known to ever be alive. So I loaded one of their “debit”cards which are actually a “credit card” I made one purchase and the remaining funds on my card were taken away and not put back on my card saying that they did that as a Security function. It has been over four days and I still don’t have my money. So for instance let’s say you load a card with $100 and you buy something that’s $20 they’re gonna take the remaining $80 saying that they’re trying to help you not lose your money and then you don’t get it back. I’m not exaggerating I can’t make this up it is literally just what I said this place is a joke, their customer service is a complete embarrassment to anything I’ve ever seen in my life. I really need my money back and they just say dumb stuff that makes no sense line, “ your account is under reconciliation and will be fixed today.” what does that even mean I just want the remaining money back that was taken from my card after making a purchase. ### 1/5 — SCAM!!! *2026-02-03* IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS THATS REALLY WHAT THEY DESERVE! ITS A SCAM! THEY WILL LET YOU PUT ALL YOUR MONEY ON THERE AND YOU CAN SEND IT WALLET TO WALLET WITH OTHER PAYWINT USERS BUT THATS WHERE THE FEATURES END. DONT USE THEM IF YOU WANT/ NEED YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WON’T GET ANY OF IT BACK. AND DONT EVEN TRY TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IT DOESNT EXIST. PAYWINT IS A JOKE!!!! ### 1/5 — Bad business *2026-02-01* Blocked transferring money into your outside account to force you to get their debit card. Then after you put money on their card they then list it as pending and you never get the card or your money back.
