### 3/5 — Two things to rectify

I have been using PayZapp for a long time, and overall, it is a very useful and convenient app. The widgets, user interface, and reward system make it great to use. However, there are two minor issues that prevent it from being top-notch:
1. Intrusive Pop-up Ads: Every time I open the app to make a quick payment, pop-up ads for loans and credit cards appear. Having to dismiss these ads during urgent transactions is quite frustrating.
2. Transaction Speed & Weak Internet Performance: Compared to Google Pay, PayZapp takes a few seconds longer to process payments. Additionally, when the internet connection is weak, PayZapp struggles significantly to complete transactions, whereas Google Pay handles low-connectivity situations much better.
If the team can optimize payment speeds in low-network conditions and minimize intrusive pop-up ads, PayZapp would easily be the best payment app available.

Shoving it down your customers' throats by making it impossible to make card payments through other methods is an incredibly cheap and an untrustworthy practice.

Why only a handful of countries are listed and not all the countries where NRI live and work? For example Australia is not included in the list while verifying the phone number

Great app. But it has a biggest security issue in my cards tab. The Find My HDFC Card option loads all the cards linked with the mobile number. Upon loading the cards the card details like card number and expiry date is not encrypted. Should have some added security to view the card details . Also the set/reset pin option should have some added security. In current scenario if the user mobile is lost and if someone has unauthorised access to PayZapp that person can easily view the card details and change pin. Either remove this option and always ask user to enter card details and add card or please add some added security.

I can confidently say that the Pixel Credit Card has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had.

It has been more than a week since I received and activated the card, yet I am still unable to add it to the app, set a PIN, manage transaction controls, or access basic card features. A credit card is supposed to be ready for use after activation, but this card remains practically unusable.

What makes the experience even worse is the PayZapp app. The app is unresponsive, fails to recognize the card, and offers little to no assistance in resolving the issue. I have raised multiple support tickets, spent considerable time following up, and repeatedly explained the same problem, but no effective solution has been provided.

To make matters worse, I even visited a bank branch seeking assistance, only to find that they were unable to help or provide any meaningful resolution. Being redirected between customer support, the app, and the branch without anyone taking ownership of the issue has been incredibly frustrating.

The lack of coordination between the card services, app functionality, customer support, and branch staff is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing support just to perform basic tasks such as setting a PIN or managing their card.

I expected a seamless digital banking experience, but instead encountered technical issues, poor support, and endless frustration. My dissatisfaction is beyond measure, and based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this card to anyone until these issues are properly addressed.

Although I have used the Shopping function in the app in the past, it appears to be non-functional for the last several months.  I visited the local bank branch and showed the banking officer the issue.  She tried it on her phone and was also unable to use Shopping!
