## What is PayZen?

Easily cash in wherever you are with your smartphone or tablet, face to face or remotely. A cost-effective alternative to using a payment terminal and/or to offer your customers a simplified payment experience.

How it works:
1. With the Payzen by Lyra application, create a payment link
2. Share it with your customer through a QR code or send it by SMS, WhatsApp, email or your favorite channel.   
3. Your customer only has to click on the link or scan the QR code to make the payment on a secure web page.

You can view in real time the progress of the payment requests for an optimal follow-up.

I downloaded the app, opened it, and was presented with a login page. There is no possibility to register. Without registering how does one login? Worst app ever.

Having a horrible time with this app, this morning I requested help in the chat feature and was told I would receive help in 10 minutes. So 90 minutes later I finally received a reply, but no help - just a long winded explanation as to why the company thought their app was fine, and no offer to address the issue I asked about, as they do not provide an option for customers to change the bank account number. That’s all I need help with, I don’t understand why they are so cross & unhelpful. That’s how they will loose customers IMO. Businesses have gone under for less in the past.
