It is ridiculously over priced for the lack of quality and headaches it causes for or field technicians. From connectivity issues to freezing mid-proposal, mid-invoice or just about to email a proposal or invoice. I have tussled with technical support for 2 years now and we are officially moving on from this terrible field service application. I would not suggest you buy into this program unless you want to look forward to a slew of inconvenience and headaches. ### 1/5 — AOL would like their software back *2025-01-15* We switched over to Payzer somewhere around October 2024 and it’s been a complete nightmare. Everything from the data transfer to the training to the interface is just terrible. Their software is buggy and instead of fixing the bugs they just create these ridiculous workarounds. We canceled just recently and it was an expensive lesson. Oh, and they refused to give us a refund on the card readers they sold us that only work with their software, even though they’re still sealed and in the box. Something to consider when looking for a software to use for a service company. ### 1/5 — Absolute rip off!! *2024-02-12, version 8.0.0* They took us for atleast $1000 with extra cost and they wouldn’t let us cancel without making it an absolute nightmare and jumping hoops! Never use this service! ### 2/5 — App needs work *2023-12-11, version 8.0.0* The mobile app constantly locks up and needs to be forced closed, invoices/pics are lost and super frustrating. Desktop seems to be reliable. ### 5/5 — Finally Good Software *2023-12-05* Our company is in the heating and air-conditioning. We come from Servicetitan and FieldEdge both which were very difficult to use and caused a lot of problems with our company. After a lot of searching, we found payzerware. I just want to thank everyone at payzerware for all the hard work they do and how great the software has been for us in our company. It is so difficult to take your company into a new software I don’t think people understand how much work is behind that. Payzerware has been great from start to working and we absolutely enjoy working with their team. They are quick to respond, and they even do custom add ons to their software for our needs. No software is perfect and payzerware is continuing to make their software even better. But I would highly recommend anyone with the needs of this software to move forward with payzerware, and stay away from Servicetitan and FieldEdge. ### 5/5 — Very Useful For My HVAC Business *2023-09-27* This app has been a huge game changer. I can do everything from invoice clients to write proposals and set up maintenance plans. And if I want to add photos to one appointment, it shows all the photos I’ve added already.
