Camera images often don’t show, both in thumbnail, focused view, and full screen. ### 2/5 — Was okay but update screwed it up *2026-04-28, version 2.4* After updating the app about a month ago, on my iPad when I turn it to landscape it doesn’t work properly. With the latest release, you can’t view video sideways when the phone is laying down otherwise it switches back to portrait viewing. The new layout is less responsive overall and less reliable. Have at least several problems a week with it not working properly. And no it’s not my internet. I never remember my passwords, and I count on Face ID or pin to prevent myself from locking myself out. However entering the wrong password counts against your login limits for the day & that’s ridiculous. Please fix this. I never had this issue until recently. ### 4/5 — Great app, super dependable *2024-02-09, version 1.0.38* Seems like many of these low ratings and bad reviews are in response to the fact you have a daily limit on viewing your child’s classroom. While that sounds troublesome to a parent considering a new daycare for their child, it really isn’t. Our daycare allows us 5 viewings for 5 minutes each every day. The viewing does not start until you click the video icon, and so most days, I open the app and am able to view the preview before even clicking the video icon. That way, I’m able to see my son more often than just the 5 viewings. For example, if I log into the app and see my son is napping in the video previews, I don’t necessarily want to click the video to watch him nap and waste 1 of my 5 viewings; I’d rather save it to watch him play or interact with other kids. I feel completely safe using this app. There is no way for anyone viewing to screen record or screenshot, or else their account is blocked. This app has given me complete peace of mind when sending my son to daycare. ### 1/5 — Poor software development *2023-10-25, version 1.0.35* I’m reading all the prior complaints from over a year with screen rotation issues and constant crashes. None of which have been resolved. I personally used the desktop app more and every time the cursor accidentally hover over a tab up top, the drop down menu covers the entire view of the screen and will not go away even when you move your mouse. If you click any where else on screen it kicks you out of the login. This is frustrating since I’m only allowed 5 logins per day. ### 1/5 — Login limit *2023-06-05* I don’t know why there is a login limit at all. If I can only watch a minute or 2 at one time then want to go back to it I should be able to login as many times as I want to until I reach my total minute time limit-and why is there a total minute time limit anyway?! If I want the screen up all day to watch my child I should be able to. So total I probably watched less than 10 minutes but I supposedly get 90 minutes a day but it times you out after 5 minutes anyway. Even spacing all this correctly with 10 logins at the max 5 minutes that’s only 50 minutes not 90. The math doesn’t math. It works ~20% of the time. At first I thought maybe my WiFi connection was bad but no matter where I am it never works. Constantly crashing, lagging cameras, blank screens. I have never logged in & the app not freeze since the latest update. The video feed freezes but the timer does not stop. I’m unable to rotate my phone to view full screen anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn’t help at all. Very very disappointed. Can y’all help me in someway? New info 4/9/26: Tried on my iPhone and the viewing window is tiny and when I try to change cameras, I get a triangle with a line through it. I go back, and that was a view. If it's not frozen, I'll rewatch the same minute on repeat a few times, then it jumps to a later time. Using the majority of my 5 minute viewing. I have to force restart the app anytime I use the app again, cause it won't use my Face ID for my password unless I completely restart the app. Just recently I was watching my child playing on the floor. App crashes. I immediately restart, and enter the app again, and he is asleep in his crib. Making me question if this is even a live feed. Cause the time jump made no sense.
