I tried again after 1 hour, still getting same error, I even received warning for too many attempts, please try again 60mins. What is worst? Otherwise they would have corrected it already. Please can the app be upgraded to a functioning product. If you already/accidentally downloads the app and logged in, just finish the steps below. 2. Delete and reinstall the app (Instructed by Bank) 3. Log in, set 6digit codes and u will receive sms pac and confirmation on activation. 4. Email verification (click once and just wait 1-8hours for the email to be received) * try not to click resend too many times. Tips: I do it in the morning 5:30am so I instantly got the email. 5. Open into the email with first 2 letter of ur IC name with Capitol letter and last 4digit of ur IC number. The password to open ur document. You email verification pin is inside. 6. Key into email verification and is done for this part. 7. Next, there will be a message saying pending authorization from authoriser. 8. Log into ur pb enterprise website and go under “transaction approval” then select “activation pending approval” to approve it with ur token. 9. All is done and all ur account missing button will be retrieved. Safety notes: please continue to use token until the new app is more stable.
