Also where the hell do I reset my password, and it’s impossible to sign in with google because the app just goes blank white and you can’t do anything ### 2/5 — Love PBTech, not the app… *2023-11-24, version 2.8.0* It’s only marginally better laid out than just using the browser. But crucially the the field on the payment with poli part are broken. The password fill (Apple or 1Password) do not work and there’s no way to paste. Holding in the password field, which normally triggers the paste option, only triggers “select all” and “autofill” - but autofill doesn’t work… Just use your phones browser and save some frustration. ### 2/5 — Broken *2023-09-23, version 2.8.0* “Check stock levels” used to work but now does nothing, have to use a browser which makes the app pointless for me. It should be removed from the app or at least moved to a safer place. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — survey monkey scam *2024-08-17, version 3.0.1* unable to be back to shopping cart once the survey monkey page pop up ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed with PBTech's Customer Service and Return Policy *2024-07-28* I regret ordering from PBTech and would NOT recommend them. Their return policy is confusing and impractical, especially for international customers. I ordered a product unavailable in the US, and while it took about a month to arrive (which was expected), the packaging was damaged. Worse, the product was faulty, and returning it has been a nightmare. I've been trying to return it for a month, but their Return Authorization (RA) numbers are only valid for 10 days. As an international customer, it takes longer than 10 days for USPS to deliver the return, meaning the RA number expires before the package even reaches them. After 10 days I will need to request a new RA number to return it but it will already be on the way to them. This makes their return process nearly impossible to navigate. PBTech needs to improve their packaging, customer service, and especially their return policy to accommodate international customers better. ### 1/5 — Infuriating app *2023-12-26, version 2.8.0* This app won’t let me copy/paste my PBtech password into the app. The app doesn’t show a paste option and eventually just crashes. Absolutely rubbish - did they not do any user testing?
