How do you set up an account? Whenni open app it says logon… but there is nowhere to set up the account???

Two weeks of not being able to book a spot when spots go live. Continually says “data server error”.This app cannot handle the server load. Easy to use otherwise.

I have been trying to get into a water aerobics  class on February 17 for February 20
It says I have to wait untill after 7
This has been going on for two days now I started at 7 as usual and still getting same message
