Falls Sie mit einer Vollmacht Leistungen beantragen, für eine abweichende Versicherungsnummer (App-Registrierungsnummer ist nicht identisch mit der Antrags-Versicherungsnummer), senden Sie uns ebenfalls einen Leistungs- bzw. Beihilfeantrag zu. 

Zusätzlich erhalten Sie in der App eine Weiterleitungs- und eine Eingangsbestätigung. Im Anschluss prüfen wir, ob Ihre eingereichten Unterlagen vollständig und lesbar sind. Wir melden Ihnen direkt in der App für jede Einreichung, was deren aktueller Stand ist – in der Statusübersicht: Weiterleitung & Speicherung, Eingang & Prüfung, Bearbeitungsstart oder Fehler. 

Die Zustellung der Bescheide und anderer Unterlagen von der PBeaKK an Sie als Kunde erfolgt per Brief. Auch die Bearbeitung an sich erfolgt bei App- und Postunterlagen identisch.
